All SHREDDA products are made-to-order. Production begins once your order is placed.

1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
2. Fulfillment Types
SHREDDA uses two fulfillment methods depending on the product:

Global Fulfillment – Produced and shipped locally within your region (where available), reducing delivery time.

Default Fulfillment – Produced in the United States and shipped internationally.
Delivery estimates apply after production time.

This product is fulfilled locally in eligible regions and ships from the closest printing factory to the customer.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or VAT. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
SHREDDA is not responsible for customs delays.
5. Tracking
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. SHREDDA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:

Check with neighbours and your local courier.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
SHREDDA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered but will assist where possible.
