SHREDDA Return & Refund Policy

At SHREDDA, every piece is made-to-order specifically for you. Please read carefully before placing your order.


1. Made-to-Order Products

All SHREDDA products are custom printed once your order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

Please double-check sizing charts, product details, and shipping information before completing your purchase.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of every SHREDDA product.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A manufacturing defect

  • The wrong item

  • A misprinted product

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item (including packaging)

  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will provide:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund (including shipping, if applicable)


3. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Please check with neighbours or your local postal carrier.

  • Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.


4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, production begins and we cannot guarantee cancellation.


5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
